Excellent service and delivery date as promised,When I ordered the polycarbonate roofing sheet and accessories I was guided through the purchasing by the chap on the phone and made it very easy to order. The delivery arrived on time but with items missing due to shortage of stock, however I spoke to Ariel, the supplier to Roofing Superstore and Beth in customer services was excellent and said the items were due in in a few days time, the items arrived 2 days later and I can't fault Roofing Superstore and Ariel for their excellent service.Michael Ryder

While I like the product and think they are versatile for a number of applications I have to say the customer service over the delay in delivery was not up to the quality of the productI was due a delivery on Tuesday and not having arrived by 4.30 I called to check and was assured the delivery would still be arriving At 6.00 still no show so sent an email to which I received no reply. Another phone call on the Wednesday and assured I would receive an update and again no updateFinally on Thursday I called again and was told the goods would be delivered that day and they did but at no point did I receive the level of customer service I would have hoped forI realise delivery is out of their control but keeping the customer informed would have helped

When ordering gave me a 7-10 day lead time Was 6 weeks and product was damaged .

No idea who Roofing Superstore is. I got endless emails about an order nothing to do with me, notified you, no one took any notice and I continued to get endless emails. I live in Israel (yes, the country in the Middle East); please read emails when you get them! Hopefully the guy who did order from you got his roof okay.

After reading about the product, thought I would have a go repairing mymothers flat garage roof. Applied as per instructions, it has cured theworst leak now onto the next smaller one. Great stuff, easy to use. What a findwill recommend to my friends.

Our order was put back another 3 days after being promised that it was in the warehouse ready to be dispatched the next day. If we had known this we would have gone elsewhere.
